NO PEEKING

I decided to make y'all wait till the big day to get your virtual gifts. You see, I had a party at work today and lots to do before and after and didn't really get much time to put lots of thought and consideration into gift-giving. Real or not, I don't want to give crappy gifts.

Are you sick of the questions? If you are, don't answer them and I'll consider it your anti-vote.
Otherwise, bear with me. I don't have the time for a real post. Besides, I like your answers.

1) If you could change your gender, would you? (and why, briefly.)
2) Do you have a good luck charm?
3) First thing that attracted you to your mate.
4) One thing (aside from a person or persons) without which, you could not get through the day.
5) What are you reading right now?

Okay, I tried to make these quick and easy. See you later.

1.Probably not-although sometimes being a man would be much easier!
2.No good luck charms here.
3.I guess we were both young and extremely flirty-Maybe the fact that we were both seeing other people enticed us too! And we became friends first(with hidden lust).
4. COFFEE OR SMOKES?! WHY DO YOU MAKE ME CHOOSE?!
5.Read? With the wild boys at my house I'm lucky if I have time to work on school-I guess the latest thing other than blogs/email would be Orthopedic reports! I know you envy me....

PS I love the questions it makes me think about things that I wouldn't normally! And thanks for not handing out crappy gifts.

1) Not on a permenant basis, no. While it would be interesting...I'm just pretty happy with who I am.
2) None that I can think of
3) Her confidence. Although fate sorta had to bop me upside the head and make me pay attention.
4)Aside from air...I'm at a loss here. I have a huge aversion to addiction of any sort and frequently give up stuff just to keep practicing my dominance over my desires. So, this question doesn't really work on me ;)
5)At this precise moment...your blog (nyuk, nyuk). But as for books I'm working on, I'm reading Book 12 of the Lemony Snicket series.

And I like the questions. While I look forward to "real" posts from you, I enjoy seeing everyone's answers. Although I note that you never answer your own surveys. I call foul.

Nat: Re #4 You HAVE to choose!!!
Nah, I wouldn't do that to ya. But you know we gotta give up the nicotine... Glad you like the questions, it's all I have time for lately.

Mokker: I think you'd make a great broad for a bit, anyway. I think you're in touch with your feminine side. In a good way, of course. I'm intriqued by your desire/domination thing. What a cool concept. I have less than no willpower and zip self-control. We should hang out, I need some of that to rub off on me.
Nyuk, nyuk- I expected that from Mark, not you. But that's okay, he'll just have to dig deeper ;-)
I'm fully aware of the fact that I've not participated here, I'm no sucker. Nyuk, nyuk. Maybe I will one day.

Thanks kids, have a good day :-)

1. No (but the wife keeps threatening to get me a pair of boobs so I will leave hers alone)
2. Not really. Used to always wear the same t-shirt for hockey but it was looking (and smelling) pretty ratty after awhile
3. She seemed interested in me and we had great conversations
4. Tim Horton's Large Double-Double
5. Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand (almost half way!)

Hi Wink!
1) Definitely not... although the peeing standing up thing would be way cool.
2) Not really... although I have been carrying the same $2 bill around in my wallet since I was 12.
3) I think the very first thing that made me pay attention to him was that he was a good listener.
4) Hard to think of anything... although I rarely get through a day without a book.
5)right now I'm reading a history of Christmas traditions. It's kind of boring and I think I will go to the library this afternoon to switch it out.
It's been less than a week since I last came to your blog, so I figured that timing should honor your "more than I like, less than you want request":) The babe has begun to complain loudly for attention, so I'm off!

Si: Gee, I know you better than I thought I did :-)

Jeff: Gee, we gotta work on your self-image, Dude. ;-) Isn't there something in the Bible that can help you with this?
Aren't you glad you didn't have to write "smokes" for #4???

Mark: You're not vain. Are you? And self-conscious? I never would have guessed.

EmBee: LMK when you finish AS and how you liked it.

Hazel: I'm with you on #1, unless I really liked it and then I'd switch but being female is too much fun.
I agree, SO's wit is quite the magnet.

Moonshot: Hey, glad you came :-)
1) And quicker too!
2) Wow.
3) A rare and glorious quality in a man. I'm lucky, I got one too.

5) Did you happen to find out where the mistletoe thing came from in your reading???
